Default Trying to find the right lot
Hi Everyone - My husband and I will be coming down to TV on Labor Day weekend and will be renting while we wait for our Design Appt. in October. We will be looking at Inventory houses, but also maybe finding a larger lot than the one we have in #205. We'd like to have enough to extend the lanai and maybe put in a summer kitchen and a small pool/spa. Our sales agent mentioned that the lots that back up to patio villas have a certain amount of privacy because the lanais on the patio villas are in the front of the houses. Has anyone had any experience with this? Thanks for your help...
