That is why I only ride on roads where the speed limit is 35 mph WHEN there are two lanes.

What I am doing on the road is what I am legally entitled to do. The law says LSVs are allowed on streets with speed limits up to 35 mph.

I encounter street legal carts on TV's roads EVERYDAY when I am driving my car, sometimes they slow me down, but I've NEVER found it "very irritating." NEVER.
