It's not "measure this or that" it all comes down to society. We, as a society, are held together by rules, laws and codes of conduct for without them we would be a barbaric nation. Every organization and every thing has rules.In the jungle it's survial of the fittest, in society it is something more starting with the 10 commandments.
It's not unusual to see laws, rules and codes to guide our lives. Those who believe they are above the law? Well they are considered a menance ot civilized society. But rules can change, must change as society adapts.....it just ain't gonna happen here and certainly not today
