Being close to the squares seems advantages when you don't yet live here. BUT...

after a while your square attendance drops some...at least for a LOT of folks. Simply because if you go to the squares every night, you will miss the parties, get togethers, card games, potlucks, wine tasting, drinking and laughing on someone's lanai...that happens in the evenings about six months after you move here.

So...where you are IS the best place.

I love where we live now, and I loved when we lived in Hadley and don't ask me to choose the best neighbors. BOTH!
