Sorry for so many questions. We are looking forward to our visit and meeting new people. One more thing, is the job climate for an IT person fairly plentiful or scarce. Any recommendations would be appreciated. I am not ready to retire yet but would like to move down sooner if I could. Thank you so much for reading so many questions.
to TOTV.

1. I prefer resale. Mature landscaping, little or no bond.
2. I would rent for a while to make sure you get what you want after you know TV better.
3. Some people prefer to be near shopping, doctors and rec centers as going to the squares will wear out after a year.
4. Good paying jobs are scarce.
5. Talk to all people and ask questions. People will give their advice and want to help.
6. Third Friday of the month is a TOTV luncheon at Crispers, 3pm in the Southern Trace Mall on 466.

Be ready to be blown away by the beauty of TV and it's friendly people.
