You have to plant St. Joseph on the lot the house you want to sell sits on. He must face out. I planted my statue that I got in Fourth Grade for selling Holy Child Christmas Seals on a house I inherited from my Mother, but he did not help, when I finally sold the house, I could not find him to dig up. There are small statues just for buring. Will try it here in Maryland.
