I pulled it up sometime between 7:30 and 8:00 this morning and could see the immediate stage area was already full.
You're right, it won't come up now. Either they shut it down (for security reasons) or too many people were hitting against it and it has reached maximum concurrent users.
As an aside, I believe WESH, local NBC affiliate, said they were going to cover today's event live.
