We had Brian enclose our lanai last year and we are thrilled with the room he created for us. We still have a fabulous view and don't have to worry about the weather. We are in a CYV and we had french doors with enclosed blinds replace the sliders we can open the room or not and we can still see into it if we want. Couldn't be happier and he stayed within the quote even after we had some other ideas added. Great guy and quality workmanship. He also considers the weather and the wind.
