I would not pay the monthly fee. Probably will not do you any good. The suggestion to do a restore might help.
I would also look for free virus software and run it. Try Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware. It is free for personnel use.
You might be able to search the internet for your virus and find a program that will fix it. You should be able to find a description of what the trojan does and you may decide that you do not have to fix it. Also look at Microsoft's site for help. They have individual programs for some bad viruses.
Problem with searching the internet is you could get bad software so I would only download from site that you know or get references too.
