Oh, I knew that, but I trusted the nice lady on the other end of the chat window. I had a good experience with Comcast chat when we first moved here (I did get a copy of that chat), and thought I could trust "V"...but I was wrong. They must get paid on commission and will say anything to get the sale and hope no one notices.
