2. I read "No Country for Old Men" and absolutely loved it and heard that this was a very good book from this author as well.

This is a book about the journey between a father and his boy through a post-apocalyptic north America to find their way south to a place where in their mind represents freedom from the harsh life they know in the north and their dangerous encounters with the savageness that the fall of civilization has given birth to.
