I actually purchased an Accusharp from Amazon because of your recommendation and because it was the least expensive. When it arrived, I sharpened my Henkels paring knife and cut little cherry tomatoes in half. OMG! What other planet have I been living on! It's actually scary how sharp that little knife is! I have moved on to my Henkels (I call it my big knife). Same thing. Now I'm flying through every knife I own. Even the orange one.

Needless to say I join in the recommendation. I would defer to other posters, however, because the knives are so darn sharp. I am a little leery of them. Please, if you go this route, take every safety precaution. They are VERY sharp! Especially if you, like me, are accustomed to knives that won't cut through melted butter!
