In colors I think the new big accent colors are the oranges, from burnt orange/rust, through a vivid red orange to an almost neon orange. (Orange hasn't ever been my personal favorite but it looks great in a neutral room or a predominantly black and beige room or beige or white with black accents or furniture.)

Blue greens on walls and upholstery are shown a lot again this year and look so nice here in Florida.

The magazines I am noticing this in are Traditional Home, House Beautiful, Florida Design and the new catalogs from Ballard design.

What are you seeing as a new look in home decor?

They just started a music forum ...so I am trying to get a much smaller group of people to talk about what I love to chat about.

The decorating group I am trying to start has two places left. We have not begun. I feel 30 may be too large for some homes if we have it at each others house. So whoever P.M.s me next will be on the list to call. I HATE to leave anyone out but I don't want anyone to feel overwhelmed by a big group.
