What different conclusions would you draw? This could have been prevented. Gun Free Zones are better known as "Target Rich Environments." This means that the shooter knows that he/she will have no resistance and that all "targets", IE., people, who are law abiding will be UNARMED. What a deal. Have you ever noticed that there has NEVER been a shooting incident at a Firing Range.
So I don't know what conclusions you are drawing, please explain.
