I just had some idiot women this morning driving on the upper half of morse....she had pulled out into the car lanes cause she didn't want to get wet from the sprinklers!!!! 15mph.. She almost got rearended by the car in front of me because of her stupidity... and no the golf cart was not licensed.
I am pretty nice with golf carts and courteous but when you do something stupid like that....:
