It makes a big difference. The law is very clear. If you choose to ignore the law you are not only risking fines. You are also risking voiding your insurance. It seems a lot of people are not aware of the seriousness of the risks involved.
These risks have been mentioned numerous times in the past on this forum.
I hope you are wrong about plenty of people here not having insurance.
By the way. Your cart wouldn't even be classified as an LSV as it is capable of exceeding 25MPH.
Extra speed to prevent accidents? Interesting. Care to elaborate?
