While going over our options we asked to Opt out of the Washer, dryer, Refrig, dishwasher and range. We had to take the microwave that was vented in to the kitchen. We received credit for the basic appliances that would have been included in the build package. Also opted out of all window coverings.

We had a 3pm appt that afternoon to go to the Granite Place in Wildwood and actually pick out the 2 slabs of granite that would be used in the home.

At 10am Tuesday we again met with the design team and went over all of our choices and received drawings of the home with stretches etc; Also received $ figures and a 11/12/2012 Closing date.

Next stop, our realtor to get copies of the contracts and submit a check for 20% of the cost.

We will be purchasing SamSung Appliances for the home from Lowes with free delivery and have already contracted with 48 hr blinds to provide the plantation shutters and blinds.

All in all, a very good experience.

we are you moving also we did the same thing last week with Phil...we picked out what we wanted for our house that we are building in Sanibel our closing is Nov 19...This is our second home we sold our home in Almila...Our app.took 2 days because we had to see Vera about our pool picked out a beautiful pool....Good Luck to you.....
