If one is available, and that is a big IF, go for a home on a Championship Golf Course. Only one home in the past 8 yrs has sold in my area and that was due to the death of a spouse, and house sold in three days! Great investment.
Oh, and by the way, never been hit by a golf ball and never had one in my back yard!
