For me this supports the "moderation, joyful" approach to food. If we could really listen to our bodies, we would "know" what we need to be eating and wouldn't have to adhere to a "diet". Still working on it, and discovering new options. Did a quinoa vegetable stir fry with shrimp last night and it was great.
Think I will be discovering more combinations when I get down and can access Publix organic produce and grass fed beef. Lots of fun.
