Frank is a golf cart Expert on this forum and I have used his services for that reason. They came to my house, picked up my cart, fixed it for what I believe to be a very fair and reasonable price, brought it back without a scratch. If you do search on this site, you will see several complaints about the person listed in the OP. I would suggest if you intend to spend money on anything service related here, to do a search on TOTV. It is like we have our own consumer reports and better business burrow.
