I, too, was just at the preview and told that once the current area is built out that was it. It wouldn't surprise me that people knew of this land then. I was told once never believe anything a salesman tells you and while I may not discount everything told to me, I try to have a hefty amount of skepticism. It's a great sales tactic...buy now or you'll be out of luck.
