I am building a Lantana. I was able to stretch 6 feet to the front to allow for a 3rd bath for the front bedroom. That being said, we reconfigured the closet in that room and I was able to add a 2nd closet to the 3rd bedroom. Also stretched the garage 2 feet forward, the kitchen side 2 feet and the back of the house 2 feet. As well, I added 2 feet to the lanai. Because of the bump, I was able to add cabinet space to the kitchen and laundry area. also added a wine fridge cabinet to the kitchen and a space for a trash compactor or waste receptacle pull-out. Put a block window in the new bathroom, put in a wing wall and extra outlets and hose bibs outside.  |
Could you provide a ballpark for how much that added to the price of the house? That sounds almost like the size of a premier.
