We did not have Joanne Ives, we had Brian Dees as our salesperson and he did an amazing job. After we moved in (last August) we had the pleasure of meeting Joanne Ives and she is a wonderful person and I have spoken to many people that have had her as a sales rep and they all speak very highly of her.
