If I understand your scenarios, you can have the lot you really like and build the Lilac w/extensions or take the smaller lot and bulild the Iris. The floorplans for the Lilac and the Iris are the same, the only difference is the Iris is stucco. So, if you don't have to have stucco, get the lot you love and the Lilac. I'd rather have the extensions and nicer lot....I could give up the stucco.
