A spa is another thought we had, a built in to the lanai or concrete pad (not the surface type) can be very nice, also not to always nice to share the public ones.

They are maybe 6-8 foot around and fit on most lots

Gonna have to convince my wife I need one of those to sooth my aching back after a hard day at the golf course!
