Coming down in Oct for our Design Meeting. We put our deposit down a year ago with the intent of building a cottage home but have since decided on a Desiner. Had to pick a new lot and just transferred our deposit to 1339 Birdsong Place in Fernandina! Very excited. Any other Birdsong Place people out there?
