For the error message issue, I see it on every page with the ">>Site Navgation" frame that points to:
res://ieframe.dll/http_400.htm#http://googleads.g.doubleclick.net/p...ror-msg-60105%

For the IE9 "back button" issue, I've had it for quite a while now -- again, only on this site. I think the Admin is trying to give us more exercise-
