Got back to Griffin around 7:30pm Friday after an INTENSE week of house hunting (new and pre-owned with both TV and an MLS realtor). Long story short....bought new construction on Black Oak Lane in the Juniper Villas in what i think is the Village of St James. So we will be neighbors Don and Kaz!! I close in GA on Aug 31st and in TV on Sept 5th. Now back to reality and the REAL WORK of packing, lining up a mover, etc.
