Hot Florida sun that hits your driveway will fade your stain over time even if you seal it every year. At least that was my experience. Garage floor is under roof and so is the lanai so stain will probably last longer than most of us will live and looks nice.
Pavers will also have to be sealed every year to hold up. My personal thoughts----its a driveway and its a garage floor. We do "kind of sort of" live at times on our lanai.
