Jumbo, get as much now as you can without overextending yourself! I think in the end result you will be happier with the extra space. You seem to be leaning towards the Whispering Pine, so start there and in time you can perhaps add a little here and there! I got as much as I could comfortably afford and will make some minor changes as I am able! it's just harder to add more space later. Other interior things can always be done in the future!
