Given proper care and maintenance, you'll probably want to buy something different before you'll wear it out!
Given the number of miles you're driving your cart, you might consider installing an hour meter or a speedometer (with an odometer feature). That way you can have the maintenance done based on the actual usage of the cart rather than the "once a year" method.
