I think it is important to give positive feed back when warrented, instead of only posting complaints.
I had a set of 4 tires installed at Tire Kingdom on 441. I had only driven around the villages for about a month, and headed out to Orlando and had what appeared to be out of balance tires at speeds above 70 mph.
I took my car in and then said they would take a look. My wheels are from 2003, and they are just worn out. They are so bad that the weights move around on the wheel. So they attempted to sand the spots where the weights would go and reblanced my wheels. Not once did they try to get out of helping me. They really made me feel good about dealing with them. I am in the process of now looking into inexpensive wheels since I will probably trade in the car in a year or so.
Anyway, just telling a good story about a local business!
