Around 9:30am this morning I saw 3 police cars with lights on parked at the roundabout going into Canal St. toward TooJay's from Stillwater. We asked our server at TooJay's if she knew what happened and she informed us that a man in a golf cart got irritated with another man riding his bike on the cart path and intentionally knocked him off!!
Does anyone know if this is true??
