We closed on our new designer on June 18. When we arrived on July 4 and walked into the lanai we heard loud pool pump motor from the house next door. It was so loud that we would never be able to sit on our lanai until the pump went off (after 10-hours). The neighbors were back up north and everyone agreed that it was making a racket. We even called our sales agent to see what he could do.
After a week or no relief, our sales agent told us to call T&D Pools and see if we could get some insight. I called, found out that the neighbor was on their weekly "pool service" and the woman told me over the phone that that house was getting a new pool pump motor that day! Everything is nice and quiet now.
