Hubby thinks all of those pool homes should have a small bathroom off the lanai, so grandchildren, etc. don't have to trek through the entire house to get to the other two bathrooms.

I dont think they will do that ---but take a look at the ELM it has a similar set-up but the second bathroom has 2 entrances --one goes out to the Lanai

We had a pool installed and use the slider to the Master bedroom for acces to the bath for the swimmers --works well --keeps the main area dry --
