I'm sure you can upgrade, but look at the ROI on that investment.
Tinting may be a better item to look into, there is controversy of the warrantee I read here, but disagree that it's an issue with 3M tinting products, it's only your west than your southern exposures that will be an issue with heat and North & east with heat.
