You all are talking about two different Medicare Options. The Medicare Supplement, Plans A-N have monthly premiums and you can see any doctor in the country who accepts Medicare. PCP is a Medicare Advantage HMO with $0 monthly premium and you must stay in the network for doctors and hospitals. You'll have copays with any Medicare Advantage plan. There are pros and cons with each type of plan, Med Supp, or Medicare Advantage. At this point UHC is keeping PCP separate, but who knows what will happen in the future.
