I now move her morning paper near her door every morning while walking my dog. I also keep watch on several of my neighbors homes because they are snowbirds while walking my dog. I have also noticed malfunctioning water sprinklers losing lots of water and have woke my neighbors up and notified them while walking my dog. I would hope I don't live in a neighborhood where confrontation is going to take place. I really like my neighbors and enjoy walking my dog. Some of the remarks in here are scary and sad but if it would help maybe placing a doggy bag container in certain areas might help. I would think it would be very beneficial and life saving to have such people who walk their pets in our neighborhoods as long as they clean up after them.
