I had a decent HMO back in the DC area, but, had to switch when I moved to TV. This has been 6 years but at that time I didn't see any decent HMO options and switched to Blue Cross. It keeps going up in cost but every doctor takes it and the out of pocket has been reasonable. Not on Medicare so this is primary health insurance.
