I've used the same phone and the same Straight Talk plan from Walmart for about 5 years or so. It is $45 for unlimited talk, text and Internet. I love the plan and I have no problems whatsoever with service. I live in TV now and I used the phone and the same plan while living North Carolina, Pennsylvania and Northern Virginia.
There are a few places in the mountains in PA and West Virginia where I lost service while traveling. Other than that, I highly recommend the Walmart phone.
