My home was built in 08 when things were blowing and going and they couldn't build them fast enough. Suffered the result of that today when the hose bib broke loose at the connection because it was not glued properly at the connection. Unfortunately it took a day to notice the leak which resulted in the water backing up into the bedroom wall and saturating the carpet and pad overnight.

The plumber showed us where the contractor had failed to properly seal the connection and over time as we used the hose it broke loose. Hope this is the only repair I have to face due to shoddy workmanship.
