Hi Rich & Linda: My husband hope to get to TV in 2013; and, we are trying to decide, between the Iris and the Cedar. Did you make any alterations to the Iris. The only thing we did not prefer was the location of the sinks, in the Master bathroom. We were wondering if the builder would place the sinks on the same wall, take out the little vanity counter, and put in a Linen cabinet on the wall that adjoins the shower.....again, congrats!!! We hope to be Villagers in 2013.
