I just took my Mo. Permit & $112 to Tampa license office :

It took about 30 minutes all total. Permit will arrive in three weeks. If you call that number they will answer all your questions and make an appointment. It usually takes about three weeks to get in from the day you call. A very BUSY office.
While you are in Tampa stop by the Hard Rock Casino for lunch and fun!!!
