I think you mean Joey HiDock (unusual name). I took a lesson from him about a month ago and it helped me a lot. I really liked his approach to the lesson. FYI, I'm a 19 handicap and have taken lessons in the past (in VA), and I think Joey would be very good for golfers at all levels.
