after living here for four years i made a nice discovery the other day...i happened to be in the glenview area and decided to explore the sudbury neighborhood of lovely homes....as one enters, there is a group of carriage houses to the left which are a nice option for single seniors...they are sort of like condos with a yearly assessment which covers water, garbage sewer etc plus all outdoor yard maintenance...not a bad deal...happened upon an open house for a turnkey for sale, all done in blue and white with nice furniture...i thought the condos at spanish springs were the only condo option in the villages....so now you know!
