When I first moved here I got my eyebrows done at the Villages Day Spa (don't think they're still in business). I knew I was in trouble when they brought me into a massage type of room with tinkling water sound and fresh sheets on the table-LOL. I believe it was $35.
Back in NY I went to places where they had Asian girls and those stackable black chairs. They sat you in the chair, no laying down, no tinkling water and it was not more than $10-that worked for me-LOL.
