We are not taking any chances on this company arbitrarily taking any money out. Also, they are sending boxes for us to send back the equipment or we would have to pay $100. We are so happy to get Comcast back and we won't change again. What a mess!
I'm sure people like Century Link but we just don't. The picture would freeze at times and do stupid things and they kept telling us different reasons why.
