Between April & when we bought in September we looked in-person at a total of 24 homes in TV, Stonecrest & Del Webb Spruce Creek Golf. That doesn't take into consideration the nearly 500 homes in these different commnities that we checked out over the internet.
We found that Stonecrest fit our needs the best of any.
