Bought first snowbird home in 2005. Retired and moved full time to larger home in 2009. Never saw a Palmetto...not once! Until...we were in Sanibel Island this past week. IT WAS HUGE and UGLY and GROSS!
If I ever see one in our house here, I will scream, run, jump around, and go absolutely crazy. My hubby better be close by or I'll have to evacuate until someone can come and get rid of it.
