For me it seems to be starting LOL !
Go to garage for a screwdriver. by the time I get there, I forgot why I was there.
Go back to the kitchen and retrace my steps.
Once I remember, I head to the garage "singing" screwdriver, screwdriver, screwdriver until I get it!
Thankfully, it doesn't happen too often !
